Overcoming obstacles with Optimism

“Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.”   Ambrose Redmoon

“Everyone believes the world’s greatest lie…” says the mysterious old man.

“What is the world’s greatest lie?” the little boy asked completely surprised.

The old man replies, “It’s this: that at a certain point in our lives, we lose control of what’s happening to us, and our lives become controlled by fate. That’s the world’s greatest lie.” Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist

“I figure life’s a gift and I don’t intend on wasting it. You don’t know what hand you’re gonna get dealt next. You learn to take life as it comes at you… to make each day count.” The Titanic, movie

“When life gives you lemons make grape juice and sit back and watch the world ask how you did it.”  Tori Truax

  1. Now that is a fantastic question!
Makes me remember a time when I would deliberately take a road because I’d never taken it before, or do just what you suggest, do something because I hadn’t done it before.
That was a time of revelation for me — but then too soon I went back to the usual and routine. I’m very happy you suggest it again.

Thanks for taking time to share your thoughts
